2. Purpose

This website provides information about the veterinary services offered by EME VET at its Madrid clinics and allows visitors to request an appointment. Access is free of charge, other than the cost of the user's own internet connection.

• use the contents for purposes contrary to law, morality or public order;
• introduce software, viruses or any element capable of damaging the owner's or third parties' systems;

The informative content on this site is provided for general guidance only and never replaces the diagnosis, prescription or judgement of a registered veterinary surgeon after examining the animal in person. The owner accepts no liability for decisions taken on the basis of published information without a prior consultation.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the consumer's domicile where consumer legislation applies and, failing that, to the courts of the city of Madrid.
