We do not process special categories of personal data. Clinical data relates to the animal, not to its owner.

3. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. Our practice management software, web hosting, web form delivery (FormSubmit), email, messaging and automated reminder tools, and accountancy providers act as processors under article 28 GDPR agreements. Where your insurance policy requires it, and with your authorisation, we will send the insurer the reports and invoices needed. Some providers may carry out international transfers covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

4. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to vetdrecabezas@gmail.com or by visiting either clinic with proof of identity. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

5. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration: per-user access control, encrypted communications, daily backups and staff training in data protection.

6. Minors

The services offered through this site are aimed at people over the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect data from younger children without their guardians' consent.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or new services. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
